Hospitality
We arrive as guests in your home — courteous, considerate, and glad to be of service. Every visit is a warm welcome, not a work order.
Panel-safe cleaning, mineral-free rinse, and careful roof handling — to restore the output your solar system was sized for.
Or call (210) 777-1743Larger arrays on custom homes in Garden Ridge, Stone Oak, North San Antonio, and out toward Canyon Lake take a beating. High South Texas UV bakes pollen and dust into a film that an afternoon rain doesn’t fully clear, and over a season that film starts costing you production — quietly, with no warning on the inverter.
We clean panels with soft, non-abrasive tools and a mineral-free rinse, so nothing scratches and nothing dries to a spot. We work carefully on the roof, mind the conduit and clamps, and never use any chemistry that would risk a panel warranty.
Most arrays in New Braunfels and the surrounding South Texas area benefit from cleaning once a year, with a second visit after a heavy pollen season or a major dust event. Schertz and Cibolo systems near construction typically need a second pass.
We won’t use anything that would risk your panel warranty. If we can’t safely clean a panel, we’ll tell you.
Four principles guide every home we serve — the reason a visit from Stately feels less like a service call and more like a warm welcome.

Usually, yes. After a year of pollen and dust, most South Texas arrays gain back noticeable production after a proper cleaning. The exact number depends on your panels, tilt, and how dirty they got.
No. We use soft, non-abrasive tools and clean with mineral-free water when needed. We avoid anything harsh that could damage the anti-reflective coating or risk your panel warranty.
Once a year is a good baseline. If you’re downwind of construction, on a dusty road, or had a heavy pollen season, a second visit usually pays for itself.
We work carefully on the roof, mind the conduit, and avoid stepping where we shouldn’t. If a roof is too steep or unsafe to walk for any reason, we’ll tell you and stop — we don’t take risks with your home.
Not necessarily. We’ll need access to an outdoor spigot, and we’ll let you know when we arrive and when we’re done.
