We arrive as guests in your home — courteous, considerate, and glad to be of service. Every visit is a warm welcome, not a work order.
Driveways, patios, pool decks, and exterior surfaces — washed clean by a crew that knows when to dial pressure up and when to dial it back.
Or call (210) 777-1743Larger homes in Garden Ridge, Stone Oak, and North San Antonio usually come with long driveways, big patios, and pool decks that all need a different touch. Pressure washing isn’t one setting — a bright-clean concrete drive and a delicate limestone patio call for completely different approaches, and the wrong pressure on the wrong surface is how you end up with etched concrete or blown-out grout.
We choose pressure, tip, and chemistry per surface, and we’re honest about what we won’t pressure-wash at all. Around pools and outdoor living areas in Canyon Lake and New Braunfels, we wash without flooding the pool or stripping the joint sand out of pavers.
Most South Texas exterior buildup is a mix of pollen film, mildew along shaded edges, vehicle dust, and the dark stripes that show up on driveways after a few seasons. We get it cleanly off — and we leave your landscaping intact. Schertz, Cibolo, and the rest of the surrounding area get the same standard.
If a surface shouldn’t be pressure-washed, we’ll tell you and recommend what will actually work.
Four principles guide every home we serve — the reason a visit from Stately feels less like a service call and more like a warm welcome.

Yes, if it’s done wrong. Too much pressure on concrete pits the surface; too much on pavers blows out the joint sand. We choose pressure and tip per surface and stop the moment anything looks off.
Not the way we do it. We pre-rinse landscaping, work around delicate beds, and rinse again at the end. If we use any cleaning chemistry, it’s landscape-safe at the dilutions we work with.
Yes — pool decks, patios, and outdoor kitchens are part of our regular work in Canyon Lake, Garden Ridge, and Stone Oak. We wash without flooding the pool or damaging surrounding stone.
We focus on hard exterior surfaces — driveways, walkways, patios, pool decks, brick, and concrete. For painted siding and stucco, a low-pressure soft-wash approach is usually safer, and we’ll let you know if that’s what your home needs.
Most residential jobs are a half-day. Big driveways, long walkways, or large patios on estate-style properties can push into a full day. Either way we don’t leave until you’ve walked it with us.
Yes — we use your outdoor spigot. Pressure washing uses less total water than people expect, and we keep an eye on runoff so it goes where it should.
