Around the Hill Country and Canyon Lake, where storm cells move through fast, we make sure the downspouts actually flow before we leave. If anything is loose, sagging, or showing a hidden leak, we’ll tell you — without trying to sell you a fix we don’t do.
Most South Texas homes benefit from a cleaning before storm season and another after the leaves drop. Schertz and Cibolo homes near construction usually want a third visit.
